"Stop by Elbel Field on Friday, October 6, at 6 p.m. and start getting pumped up for the big intrastate rivalry game: Michigan vs. Michigan State. Lloyd Carr, the Michigan Marching Band, the football team captains, the Michigan cheerleaders and other special guests will be on hand. The rally is free and open to students, faculty, alumni, family and fans. Come on out and show your Maize and Blue spirit at this pep rally, brought to you by the Alumni Association."
